The website sells products originating in Sri Lanka, including: spices, tea, herbs and coconut products. The products are sold strictly in wholesale and under a private label. Ceylon originals is not an online shop. Payments can only be done by bank transfer. For a product samples parties must order online by paying with a credit card.

Order product samples: are bought the using a credit card and using a product form found on the website Ceylon originals. After the sample orders have been paid for using a credit card, the amount paid will be refunded on the first order of the same product.

Customer Relations

We have a delicate page called (Schedule a Call) to get information about products. by selecting the relevant product and clicking on the button. You can also book video meetings via Zoom. After the first order, we will assist our client via phone. In order to make a video call, you must first be registered on our website and our newsletter. Our contacts are on the website footer.

Take note the payment policy, the cancellation of orders and refunds policies and all other important information will be incorporated into the customer contract.
